Climathon is an initiative that is implemented in many countries of the world under the auspices of the European Union, and through which many activities are implemented based on educating urban residents about climate changes through many youth activities in particular and family activities in general, which provide a path for action and interaction, especially as it is an opportunity for citizens to participate in Generate ideas that address local climate challenges.

The main goal is to involve citizens, especially youth, women and children, in finding local ideas and solutions to face the challenges of climate change and raise awareness, to work to reduce climate change and its effects on the current and future situation in light of climate change, and to rethink urban cities and rural areas and their facilities in which we live and the future in which we live.
