Eng. Saber Othman: All political issues greatly affect the commitments of major countries towards climate issues

Eng. Saber Othman, Chairman of EC4SDF, stressed that the issue of climate change requires the concerted efforts of all countries of the world, especially the major countries, which bear responsibility for causing the exacerbation of this phenomenon, as a result of the thermal emissions resulting from their factories.
